Kent Sparling Kent is on the staff of Skywalker Sound (George Lucas' studios), and has mixed "Lost in Translation", "The Virgin Suicides" and many of the foreign language versions of Star Wars (What does a Chinese Wookie sound like...? Kent knows!). He also is a talented composer and songwriter, and has excellent CDs of ambient music on his own label (jicamasalad.net). I played keyboards in his band Eyeland (where I first met Toby Hawkins, drummer on The Power of a Hat ).
